Beach Star Construction is run by Ryan Ingle out of Bradenton. We're large enough to take on a ground-up custom home, a warehouse or a full commercial fit-out, and small enough that you deal with the person actually running your build. No account manager. No handing you off after the contract is signed.
Every project gets the same three things: a realistic schedule, a price you can hold us to, and someone who answers the phone between 9am and 8pm.

A Gulf-front home that had to survive the weather and still feel open.
Coastal building here is a set of constraints: wind load, flood elevation, salt, humidity, and a client who quite reasonably wants the whole back wall to be glass. Getting all of that to coexist is the job.
We build to current Florida wind-borne debris standards as a matter of course — impact glazing, engineered connections, elevated slabs where the flood map calls for it — and we do it without turning the house into a bunker.

Conversation

We walk the property, check the constraints nobody mentions on the phone, and come back with a written, itemised quotation.

Plans finalised, engineering signed off, permits pulled with the county. We handle the paperwork and the inspections.

Scheduled trades, weekly updates, one point of contact. We finish the punch list before we ask you to sign anything.
Specialist service
Chinese drywall remediation.
If your Florida home was built or remodelled between roughly 2001 and 2009, corroding copper, a persistent sulphur smell, repeated air-conditioner coil failures or blackened wiring can all point to defective imported drywall.
It isn't a patch job. Proper remediation means stripping the affected board back, replacing corroded wiring and HVAC components, and rebuilding to a standard that clears inspection — which is exactly the work we do.
