Home Custom Homes

Your house. Not a builder's catalogue.

Pick a plan and adapt it, or start with a blank sheet and a piece of land. Either way you get the same builder from permit to punch list.

Two ways in

Off-plan, or drawn from nothing.

Most people arrive somewhere between the two. That's fine — we'll work out which is cheaper and faster for what you actually want.

Build off a plan

Choose from a set of proven floor plans and change what matters to you — move a wall, extend the lanai, swap the finish package. It's the quickest route to a firm price, because most of the unknowns are already solved.

Design from scratch

Bring a lot, a napkin sketch and a wish list. We work with your architect or bring in ours, then value-engineer the design before it goes out to permit — not after the bids come back too high.

Floor plans

Start from a plan that already works.

Commercial & industrial

Warehouses, units and additions.

The same crew that builds houses builds commercial shells, warehouses, industrial units, retail fit-outs and additions to existing buildings. The difference is that on a commercial job, every week of delay costs the client money — so the schedule is the deliverable.

We're comfortable working around a tenant, a live business, or a landlord's fit-out allowance.

  • Warehouse & industrial shells
  • Retail and office fit-outs
  • Building additions
  • Apartment & condo work
